Junk Kouture is a competition for secondary school students, challenging them to design and create fashion pieces entirely from recycled materials. Its mission is to raise awareness of sustainability while empowering young people to push their creativity and think beyond conventional fashion. Each year, the competition culminates in a prestigious World Final, where the World Designer of the Year is crowned from hundreds of international entrants. For the 2024 edition, the client required a wide range of printed and digital promotional materials to build anticipation ahead of the event and support its delivery on the day. Because the Junk Kouture brand reinvents itself on a yearly cycle, a consistent visual direction was established to unify the campaign while making the World Final identity distinct, yet unmistakably aligned with Junk Kouture.
